Every now and then we all need that one person to help us look inward to extract the solution that already resides within us but we are sometimes too overwhelmed to articulate.
As a Certified Independent Coach with the Maxwell Leadership Team (International Body of Coaches, Speakers & Trainers) and a Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant (The Maxwell Leadership method of DISC). Bisi is equipped to offer you or your organization teams coaching to aid your personal and professional growth.
Through the study and practical application of proven leadership principles and methods she is able to help you come to higher levels of awareness, guide you to design a future of your dream and support you as you journey towards it.
This is available through either One on One Coaching, Accountability Partnership
or Mastermind Sessions.

One on One Coaching
This option offers you a full coaching relationship where we work together at scheduled time for an agreed period of time to map out your key goals and targets, establish a Personal Development Plan, unveil hidden limiting beliefs, clarify action plans, identify possible limitations and ensure accountability till outlined goals are accomplished.
This is a personal and sometimes ‘intrusive’ relationship that requires openness for results to be achieved. A coaching relationship that brings the recipient to a new level of awareness, clarity of purpose and ultimately growth in the desired areas.
One on One Coaching:
3 months package: 12 sessions plus 1 follow up session within 3 months. Includes complimentary participation in 1 Mastermind Session of your choice holding within your coaching window.
(Every connection is a 60mins voice/video call or zoom. Investment is $1,200)
6 months package: 18 sessions plus 1 follow up session within 3 months. Includes complimentary participation in 1 Mastermind Session of your choice holding within your coaching window.
(Every connection is a 60mins voice/video call or zoom. Investment is $2,000)
Accountability Partnership
Achieving one’s goals requires the need to cultivate habits that support the achievement of such goals. To cultivate new habits, a heathy dose of discipline is required hence the need for accountability partnership.
This is basically a hand-holding / support relationship that entails masterminding together on the decisions and progress being made per time. Towards the achievement of the set goal.
This runs for 6months with 6 sessions and 1 follow up session within 3 months. Every connection is a 60mins voice/video call or zoom. Investment is $1200
